Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we offer direct billing to all major insurance providers. Please note that MSP is not eligible for direct billing for massage therapy.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment?
No, a referral is not required to access any of our services. However, some insurance plans may require one for reimbursement purposes.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first session includes a thorough assessment, a discussion of your health goals, and an individualized treatment plan. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any intake forms.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Is parking available?
Parking is available on the surrounding streets.
Do you treat ICBC or WorksafeBC (WCB) claims?
